Misai Certifications

Misai Offers the below certifications. Only entities that are officially authorized by Misai can use the specific certificate and / or logo associated with their certification. ​Misai shall conduct regular verification and audit to ensure compliance of entities. This involves related fee and action from relevant entities.

Standard Certifications

​Misai Circle - Standard Certification

​Misai Standard Certification can be used by all members of Misai Initiative. This indicates that these entities are members of the Misai Initiative. The membership shall be in one of the core forms where they work with us and other members to achieve collaborative higher standards.

Misai Circle - Ethical Certification

​Misai - Ethical Certification indicates that the entity has been assessed for the Misai Ethical Level Modules. This logo can show that the entity follows the relevant ethical standards according to connected Misai Frameworks.

Misai Circle - Eco Certification

​Misai Eco certification indicates that the entity has been assessed by the Misai Eco Framework criteria and have passed the minimum threshold requirements. Misai Eco is one of the highest standards in Eco-sustainability from Misai Initiative.

100% Compostable Certification with Misai Circle

100% compostable Certification can be used by entities who have products that are tested and certified for compostability according to one of the below internationally recognized compostability standards:
  1. ISO 17088 - International Standard
  2. EN 13432 - EU Standard
  3. ASTM D6400 - North American Standard
  4. AS 4736-2006 - Australian Standard

Misai Mark

  • Misai Mark is the Digital Unique Identifier of the Misai Certifications. The unique identifier can be linked to different links such as QR code, telemetry systems, smart packaging, etc.
  • Misai Mark follows the connected ID systems of Misai Eco Frameworks.
  • Misai Mark unique id code can be obtained without the due diligence / certification of Misai Eco. In such cases, the user will be able to link, track and use the Misai mark digital code and it will be in the "Misai Mark" database. Verified codes will also be updated to the specific certification obtained in the "Misai Eco Database"
  • Linking Misai Mark to a digital or telemetry is offered both by us an our member partners.
